Wedding Package List & Prices

Basic Wedding Package

Full day photo coverage (unlimited time) including photos of the bride and groom preparing for the wedding (if time allows), the wedding ceremony, location photos and reception photos.
Approximately 700 – 1000 photos will be taken for the day. There is no limit to the amount of photos that can be taken.
A selection of photos will be digitally enhanced using computer software. Some of the enhancements may include black & white conversion, sepia tone and collages.
All photos will be presented to you on DVD(s). All photos on the DVD(s) will be full resolution; this allows you to print any photo at any size without any loss of clarity. We will also produce a complimentary CD of all your photos in Low Resolution. This will assist you to view all of your wedding photos on a PC/Laptop or watch them in a DVD player.

Album Package

This package incorporates the “Basic Wedding Package” with an A4 coffee table style wedding album. The album comes with a dust jacket and the name of the album is embossed in gold writing on the hard cover. You have a choice of colour for the hard cover. You have the option to choose your photos for the album or leave that up to us. The photos in the album are printed directly onto the pages. The album will have a maximum of 50 pages. It can take 6 – 8 weeks to deliver, depending on the complexity of the album design.
(If you require more pages for the album, they will be charged out at $10 per page).

Deluxe Album Package

This package incorporates the “Basic Wedding Package” with an A3 coffee table style wedding album. The album comes with a choice of different fabric covers including Library Buckram and Padded Leather. A dust jacket is optional and the name of the album is embossed in gold writing on the cover. You have the option to choose your photos for the album or leave that up to us. The photos in the album are printed directly onto the pages. The album will have a maximum of 50 pages. It can take 6 – 8 weeks to deliver, depending on the complexity of the album design.

(If you require more pages for the album, they will be charged out at $15 per page).

Total Price for Deluxe Album Package: $1,750.00

DVD Slideshow

Geelong In Flight Photos can produce a DVD slideshow of your wedding, the photos in the slideshow will be accompanied by a selection of music, the music used is usually music that was used by the couple during the wedding day. Each slide show runs for between ten to twenty minutes duration. The slideshow can be ordered with any combination of packages.

Total for DVD Slide Show: $120

Terms & Conditions

Geelong In Flight Photos requires a booking fee before they will commit to photographing your wedding. The fee will based on 50% of the Basic Package. (ie $400.00)
We require the remaining amount of the package to be in full no later than one week prior to the wedding.

Payment Details

Geelong In Flight Photos will accept the following forms of payment: Direct Debit, Bank Cheque, Personal Cheque (you will receive your completed package after the cheque has cleared), Money Order and Cash.

Geelong In Flight Photos reserves the right to use your photos in any future advertising. If your photos are considered for advertising, we will discuss with you the photos to be used in our adverts. Your co-operation would be greatly appreciated.
